Looking for a unique offering in a sea of studios and one-bedroom apartments? Consider this four-bedroom townhouse located on a tree-lined block of restored brownstones in west Harlem. For the third installment of our Guess the Price feature, we take a deeper look at a newly listed accommodation that has been meticulously restored to include its former 19th century charm.

We ask anyone who is interested to guess the price in the comments section of this blog entry. The person who guesses the correct price will be offered 10% off the agency fee of a Vacation Rental (30 day or less rental).

    Hello New York Habitat,

I think I would be willing to pay $4000 for this apartment.

I am still planning on coming to New York soon. I hope I will be able to get 10% off the agency fee.

    Hi guys,

Since my last win I will try again. Let’s say 4,300 Dollars.

Harlem is a great area, developing so fast. Nothing to do with what it was even five years ago.

If it is available and I win the 10% I take it. Perfect for my husband and our great kids. So difficult to find a place in the city.

Thank you for making it a lot easier !

  7. Jennifer Says:

I would like to register my guess of $5800.
