This accommodation is located on the ground floor of an elevator-equipped building which features a shared roof terrace and a courtyard space. The terrace is accessible via the elevator and one flight of stairs and offers 360-degree views of the city. 

The apartment has about 450 square feet of living space, which includes an open living room and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bathroom that includes a washing machine. The apartment also has many windows, providing good light and air circulation.
