    It is not surprising that the Uptown Manhattan market has risen by 5% in each of the last 2 years. There are so many wonderful areas in this part of New York City, and it seems like people are just now starting to slowly realize this.

    Yes Justin you are right and it seems to be the case for Sublet rentals as well as Roommate Share market! I am surprise that Queens gets such a little piece of the whole NY rental’s market froe Queens is much better than Brooklyn!

    Nice report…although it seems even when the economy is down and real estate is at a low end in New York City, it stillis not near as bad as other areas. Thanks for the info!

    I would imagine that the Roommate Share department had really picked up this year because of the economy!! If I was young this definitely the way I would travel by sharing furnished apartments.
