For fringe theatre that often offers cheaper seats with the same high quality performances and more cutting-edge material, plan on seeing the politically relevant Not Black and White: Seize the Day, a Tennessee Williams’ triple bill at the New End Theatre, a “re-imaging” of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, The Cut Off Festival (finalists of which are voted upon by the audience), the eclectic Infinite Variety, Showstopper (which is an improvised musical written an hour beforehand) or a variety of other experimental shows at smaller venues around London.

It must be autumn in London when one speaks about taking in a show. The west End productions is a must for any serious theater goers who find themselves in London at this time. Here’s a little heads up; it’s like you’re the first to see them before they make their way here on Broadway.

That studio (Ln 507) I think is in Bloomsbury looks like an ideal gift for me to rent and couple thicks to the theatre for my brother whiles he visit London this fall.
This 2-bedroom in Westminster is really inviting. This type of accomodation is the type you expect to find in London.
I saw Les Miserables in London. I didn’t think that it was as good as the show on Broadway, but it was still cool to she a big show in the West End.
This little studio in Bloomsbury, is like a “nest” this is very cozy. Very pleasant!
I did not realize that both Breakfast at Tiffany’s and Shawshank Redemption were turned into stage productions! And that Kevin Spacey is in a show…all great things for London’s West End.
I would love to see any of these shows at London’s West End. Especially anything by Tennesee Williams. I always associate London with great theatre; what a wonderful reason to vacation there!

I also would recommend going to see Blood Brothers, it is a musical on the West End that’s been there a long time.
Dude, that show [Blood Brothers] sucks. I live in London and I even went to see it twice, and it was just as bad the second time!!!
Although, I do agree that the West End is a good place for theater.
The Fringe Theatre is my choice not because it’s cheaper, it’s because I’ve seen really great written stuff and great performances. Besides, anything Tennessee Williams is a treat to see and meddle a little into life as it was in the south in America.
I saw a great reading of a play at The Actors Studio last night and so looking forward to my visit to London next month, I have tickest for some shows there.
