This one bedroom apartment is located in a 1930's apartment block on the Kings Road close to Sloane Square. On the 3rd floor of an elevator building the apartment is protected by 24 hour porter and has a audio intercom system.
The apartment is approximately 80m2 with living room, dining room, bedroom, separate kitchen, and full bathroom.
The living room is furnished in a contemporary style with black leather sofas, dining table with seating for 6, TV, VCR, stereo, and telephone. There is Broadband internet connection.
The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe. A balcony overlooks the Kings Road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker & 4 hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, & kettle.
The bathroom has bath with wall-mounted shower, washbasin surmounted by mirror, toilet, & bidet. A washing machine & tumble dryer are outside the bathroom in the hallway.
Whitelands House is in Chelsea on the Kings Road just a few minutes walk from Sloane Square. The Kings Road is renowned for its shops and there is a wealth of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. A supermarket is almost next door to the building. With the underground only minutes away there is convenient access to the museums in South Kensington, the West End theatres, or the financial district in the City.
