The apartment itself was nicely renovated, clean and very comfortable. The stairwell was covered in mold and peeling plaster which was unhealthy and unsightly. |

Thank you for your feedback, Grace! We have shared your comments with the owner. We spoke to the owner about the issues with the stairs. It is an outdoor staircase that is maintained by the building management, so this owner cannot fix the problem himself, he has to have the building management repair it. This owner has assured us that they are working on resolving the issues with the stairs. I'm glad you enjoyed the apartment! |
