One bedroom in Islington
Located just off the Caledonian Road in a cul-de-sac this one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a modern block protected by an audio intercom system and facing east - west.

The apartment is approximately 44m2 and comprises living room, bedroom, open-plan kitchen, and bathroom. There is a spacious garden accessible from the french windows of the living room. The garden is shared with residents of the block.

The living room is furnished with TV, digiview (cable), telephone, sofa, coffee table and writing desk.

The open-plan kitchen has a work-top for eating and is equipped with electric oven, ceramic hobs, washing machine and cooking implements.

The bedroom is lightly furnished with double divan bed, desk, and built-in mirrored wardrobes.

The bathroom has bath with handheld shower unit, washbasin surmounted by mirror, and toilet.

Heddington Grove is just off Caledonian Road and is a short walk to the underground station. Not far is Camden Town with its wealth of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars.
