Three bedroom near Kensington Gardens

Located on Kensington Court this three bedroom apartment is in a purpose built mansion block just a few yards from Kensington Gardens.
The apartment is approximately 150m2 and comprises living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, laundry, and small patio.
The living room is fully furnished with dining table and sofas, gas log fire, TV, VCR and telephone.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and stools. There is also a telephone fax machine.
Separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has queen size bed.
2nd bedroom has double bed.
3rd bedroom access is through 2nd bedroom and has twin beds.
Main bathroom has bath, handheld shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet.
Shower room with shower cabin and wash basin is located between bedroom 2 and 3. Separate washroom with WC located opposite shower room.
Kensington Court is ideally situated for restaurants, cafés, and shopping around the popular High Street Kensington. The underground is approximately two minutes away and offers simple access to the West End.
