Loft in upcoming Kings Cross
This furnished London apartment Located on York Way is only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross railway station. This large 2 bedroom rental in Islington is on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated elevator building protected by audio intercom security system.

The 2 bedroom rental apartment is 130m2 and comprises very large living area with open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and bathroom. There is a 35m2 balcony.

The furnished apartment is decorated in a minimalist style with a very large open-plan living space. The dining area is separate from the living area as shown in the photos. There is one sofa and a sofa bed; there is also a coffee table in the living area. The following are also installed in the living area: cable TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo.

The dining area next to the open-plan kitchen is furnished dining table and seating for six.

The kitchen is very new and fully equipped with electric oven, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. There is an additional double mattress that can be put in the living area.

The second bedroom also has a double bed.

The bathroom has a shower-cabin, washbasin surmounted by mirror, and WC.

There is gas central heating in this London apartment.

This 2 bedroom rental is located in an up-and-coming area in the process of development. The mainline station offers direct access to many parts of the UK and there are several underground lines operating from Kings Cross.
