Loft in upcoming Kings Cross

Located on York Way only a few minutes walk from Kings Cross railway station this large loft apartment is on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated elevator building protected by audio intercom security system.
The apartment is 130m2 and comprises very large living area with open-plan kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is a 35m2 balcony.
The apartment is decorated in a minimalist style with a very large open-plan living space. The dining area is separate from the living area as shown in the photos. There are two sofas and a coffee table in the living area. There are also cable TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo.
The dining area next to the open-plan kitchen has dining table and seating for six.
The kitchen is very new and fully equipped with electric oven, gas hobs, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.
The bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobes. There is an additional double mattress that can be put in the living area.
The bathroom has a shower-cabin, washbasin surmounted by mirror, and WC.
There is gas central heating.
Kings Cross is an up-and-coming area in the process of development. The mainline station offers direct access to many parts of the UK and there are several underground lines operating from Kings Cross.
