Located on Rutland Gate with private entrance, this spacious and newly renovated one bedroom apartment is refurbished to a very high standard.

The apartment is approximately 70m2 comprises double reception room, bedroom with walk-in dressing room and ensuite bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen.
The double reception room has both a living and dining area. The living area is furnished with sofa, single sofa bed, cable TV, DVD, telephone, decorative fireplace, and coffee table. The sofa bed is actually a single bed that also doubles up as a sofa.
The dining area has dining table with seating for six people. There is ample storage space and a DOUBLE MURPHY BED.
The kitchen has electric oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee-maker, dishwasher, washer dryer.
The bedroom has double bed. There is a large walk-in dressing room. The ensuite bathroom has bath, wall-mounted shower, handbasin surmounted by mirror, and WC.
There is gas central heating.
Additional extras include: Maid service, laundry, dry cleaning, babysitting, and cooking.
Rutland Gate is a very quiet residential square in the heart of London's Knightsbridge. It is a 5 minute walk to the renowned department stores: Harrods and Harvey Nichols. You can walk to Hyde Park, the Royal Festival Hall, Natural History museum, Science museum, Victoria and Albert museum. Knightsbridge underground station is 5 mins walk and provides direct access to London's West End theatres.
