The Knightsbridge tube (subway) stop is only 0.8 km/0.5 miles away up Brompton Road, to the northeast, and there’s plenty of bus stops up and down this road as well should you wish to take advantage of London’s excellent bus services. This location is very convenient to central London and its surrounding areas, making it a great place from which to explore this historic city!
