Modern 2 bedroom apartment close to Canary Wharf

Located on the third floor of a modern apartment block this property is easily accessed by an elevator, is fully equipped with all the necessities for modern self catering life, complete with a 28" flat screen TV with satellite connection to provide 90 channels.

The facilities are light and modern, all on one level with areas kitchen, dining area and lounge open plan in design and all leading on from one another. Flooring is tiled in the kitchen and all other general areas have wood laminate flooring. A balcony leads off from the lounge and has open-air seating for those fine days.

Bedrooms: There are two good-sized double bedrooms, which are supported by two bathrooms fitted with luxury fittings. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, two double fitted wardrobes and it's bathroom is en-suite. There is a telephone connection point here with consol table and chair for a computer work station. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table and is supported by the second luxury bathroom just outside.

Bathrooms: 2, both with heated towel rails and power showers, handwash basins, one with bath also. Large mirrored walls. Italian tiled floors.

Kitchen: Oven, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer,Toaster, Filter coffee machine, Iron + Ironing board, Washer/dryer for clothes. All china and utensils etc.

Dining Room: Open Plan style leading on from the kitchen, with long Italian glass topped table and six pale yellow leather dining chairs.

Lounge: Three seater sofa, single sofa chair/bed, large storage bench with two seating cushions and 28inch flat screen TV connected to satellite to provide 90 channels.

Balcony: Full sized with outside seating for two.

Being near to the Wapping/Tower Bridge area, this apartment's location offers an excellent base for tourists and the business man alike. Just outside the apartment building 3mins walk northwards is the Limehouse Rail Station, which is just two stops away from the Tower of London or alternatively, the Bank city centre.
