The apartment was truly perfect, the rooms were comfortable and well decorated. Location was in such a good part of London, close to trendy shops and the tube.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at [this London vacation rental in] Pembridge Gardens. The flat was clean and very conveniently located for us. Also the management folks were very nice, and allowed us to leave a bit later because we had some plans for the last morning and had a late afternoon flight.

We totally recommend to stay there and also NY Habitat services.
The apartment was very clean and cheerful. The decor was pleasant. The kitchen appliances were excellent. The master bedroom was a bit small but we managed fine. The location [in London] was perfect.
Apr 21 2009The only disappointment was that there was scaffolding all over the facade--no view and somewhat dark. [The vacation rental owner] warned us one week in advance. Therefore one could say the Internet picture was misleading, showing a lovely white row of townhouses. However, we tried to not let it bother us.

Further to this review, we have been notified by the vacation rental owner that the construction is over and the scaffolding has been removed.
Jun 02 2009This apartment is wonderfully located on a quiet residential street, but just a one minute walk from the Notting Hill Gate underground station, and a two minute walk from grocery stores. [The apartment] is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. We'd love to stay here again when we return to London.

May 15 2007Recently we rented an apartment in London through your agency. The apartment was exactly as described. It was immaculately presented. If anything, it exceeded expectations as it was clear that we were invited to share a space the owners valued. The contact staff were terrific. Prompt, friendly and professional. The only problem we had with the apartment was during the last 24 hours when there was disruption to the gas supplies to the area. Given this was beyond the control of the contact staff and that we received an explanation of the problem via email, we certainly could not complain.
May 07 2007The location of the apartment was outstanding! It has easy access to three tube lines. This meant that when two of the lines were out for servicing, we had access to a third, meaning that we barely noticed the servicing. The proximity to Tescos and Marks and Spencer made sourcing food and other supplies particularly easy.
I have already recommended this apartment to a friend traveling to the UK later this year.
