[The rental had a] great location/neighborhood near the Tube, parks, supermarket, shops and
Portobello market!
We totally recommend to stay there and also NY Habitat services. |

Recently we rented an apartment in London through your agency. The vacation rental was exactly as described. It was immaculately presented. If anything, it exceeded expectations as it was clear that we were invited to share a space the owners valued. The contact staff were terrific. Prompt, friendly and professional. The only problem we had with the apartment was during the last 24 hours when there was disruption to the gas supplies to the area. Given this was beyond the control of the contact staff and that we received an explanation of the problem via email, we certainly could not complain.
The location of the apartment was outstanding! It has easy access to three tube lines. This meant that when two of the lines were out for servicing, we had access to a third, meaning that we barely noticed the servicing. The proximity to Tescos and Marks and Spencer made sourcing food and other supplies particularly easy.
I have already recommended this apartment to a friend traveling to the UK later this year. |
