Notting Hill One Bedroom

This compact brand new one bedroom apartment is located on Pembridge Gardens just one minute from Notting Hill Gate underground station. Strictly no smoking. Pembridge Gardens is a pretty road with a quiet aspect. It comprises mainly of Victorian period buildings. Some have been converted into hotels but most are residential use. Ideal location for Portobello Road and the very many chic shops , restaurants and bars in the area. The flat has its own entrance from street level in a pretty Victorian building. It has newly been refurbished and has quality wooden flooring throughout. It is light and airy with high ceilings. The living room is approx 20m2 with modern decor and a large floor to ceiling window overlooking the street. It is furnished with dining table, sofabed and comfortable furnishings, TV and telephone. Wireless lap top connection. There is a sliding door to a small well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bedroom is off the hallway and has a double bed with storage underneath. There is also a wardrobe. En-suite tiled shower room with wc and hand wash basin.
