Located on Baker Street at the south-west corner of Regent's Park this 4 bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor of an Edwardian building facing west overlooking Baker Street with a part-time doorman and security system. On entering the apartment you have a wide reception hall with two bedrooms on the right, the dining area ahead with the living area on the right, and through the dining area you have the kitchen around to the left, and the two smaller bedrooms around to the right. The living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, chaise-longue, television, stereo, telephone, coffee table, writing desk, shelves, and a decorative non-working fireplace. The dining area has a long wooden dining table with four wooden chairs. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, side tables with lamps, cupboards, & wardrobes. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, side tables, cupboard, desk & chair. The third and smaller bedroom has a single bed, side table & lamp, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk & chair. The fourth bedroom is sparsely furnished and can be used as an office space or a child's bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, 4 gas hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery. There is a kitchen table with 3 chairs, and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is equipped with bath, wall-mounted shower, toilet, & sink surmounted by mirror. There are two windows. There is a separate washroom at the entrance to the apartment. Baker Street is in the borough of Westminster in the South-East corner of Regents Park. The area is alive with bars, restaurants, shops, cafés, and supermarkets. Opposite the apartment is the Sherlock Holmes museum and Madam Tussaud's. This central location offers easy access to all areas of London and is less than 2 minutes walk from the underground. The nearest underground is Baker Street (Bakerloo, Central, Jubilee, Metropolitan, & Hammersmith & City lines)
