Extremely well located in the fashionable area of London including Hoxton, Shoreditch, and the City, this 1100sq ft (107 m2) top(2nd) floor loft is both light and airy. It has double warehouse doors and a small balcony with interesting and eclectic decor.
Available for short term stays. Perfect for a family or group of friends it sleeps 6 comfortably but can accommodate more. There is a sofa bed, a pull down double bed and a raised day bed area. There is also another double bed in the attic which offers more privacy.
Close to Hoxton Square the loft is also well located for visiting the surrounding galleries (The White Cube, Geffrye Museum) markets (Columbia Road flower market, Brick Lane, Broadway Market , Spitalfields and Pettycoat Lane) and many bars restaurants and night clubs. Or take a leisurely stroll thru the city to St. Pauls over the Millennium Bridge to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and The Tate Modern beyond. This area truly has something for everyone.
There are excellent transport connections, only 15 mins walk from the Financial District and Liverpool St. Station and even closer to Old St tube station. There are 24hr bus links for an easy access to Central London close by.
The Framery is a former furniture factory and picture framing workshop, built around the turn of the century. It has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine American style fridge/freezer with filtered drinking water and a microwave. There is a 14 seater dining table for the ultimate dinner party experience.
