This One bedroom apartment is located in Brechin Place off the Old Brompton Road in South Kensington. On the 1st floor of a period building the apartment is protected by buzzer intercom system facing north and south.
The apartment is approximately 55 square metres with large living room and dining room, double bedroom, separate kitchen, and full bathroom.
The living room is furnished with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, bookshelves, glass dining table with seating for 4, telephone, TV and stereo. This room has high ceilings, bay window, and a second window both with access onto small balconettes that face south overlooking the street. The room is very well lit and has parquet flooring.
The bedroom is situated at the rear of the apartment, facing north and overlooking a quiet communal garden. There is a double bed, TV, built-in cupboards, and chest of drawers. Washing machine and separate dryer are located in the lower cupboards.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & 4 hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle.
The bathroom has a bath with wall-mounted shower, washbasin surmounted by mirror, and toilet.
Additional storage is located in the hallway.
There is gas central heating.
The apartment is located just off the Old Brompton Road in South Kensington. It is just a few minutes walk from the underground station. The area abounds with restaurants, bars, and shops. Nearby are several museums & Natural History, Science, Victoria & Albert. The renowned departments stores of Harvey Nichols and Harrods are located in the nearby area of Knightsbridge. Hyde Park is just a short walk away.
The nearest underground station is Gloucester Road.
