London Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Notting Hill (LN-622)

The bathroom needs to be renovated, the sink is too small and it is dangerous to get in and out of the bathtub.
The landlord was very kind and friendly.
The apartment, apart from the renovation that the bathroom needs, is very nice.

Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay in London and we keep a very good memory of the apartment that was quiet and clean

Nicely located in vibrant neighborhood, convenient to public transport. Not luxurious but comfortably furnished, clean, well maintained apartment with a pleasant character. Large windows provide plenty of daylight and cross ventilation if needed. Bedroom, bath, & kitchen are very compact, but not unreasonably so. Appliances relatively new & everything works well. Building managers were responsive and helpful. Overall, a very good value.

We felt very comfortable. The area is convenient and there's everything you need to do your shopping or buy something. There are tons of restaurants with different cuisines. Bus and subway a few minutes away. We'll definitely be back!

We found the apartment to be clean and conveniently located. The owner was kind and helpful. Sadly we had to leave after 1 night as the tenant above was very loud. If he was not there we would have stayed. We were reimbursed for 6 out of 7 nights.

This is the best apartment I have ever rented! And it has been really extraordinary! From the first contact I made to find out about rates and availability to the day we left the property, the manager (Rolf) was very helpful and kind. A VIP kind of service all along.

The areas inside the build were well maintained and we had fast response for our few requests. The apartment is true to its description, perfect for a family of three. It was bright and probably sunny (no sunny days during our stay :( ). The building is well located, near bus stops and at a walkable distance to tube stations. The street was quiet during the night although it has some bus service along the street.

We're really three VERY happy tenants while staying there!!!

We loved our stay in this apartment. The owner was very helpful and directed us to nearby restaraunts and grocery stores. The tube station are close (5 min walking) and the bus stop are even closer and easily accessible. The apartment is exactly what we see in the pictures. I will make sure to keep all this information and I will recomend for all my friends.

The London Apartment which I rented for a week in Chepstow Rd, proved to be well appointed and quite charming. It catered for all our needs and was well placed re transport. The bathroom shower was a little difficult to operate, but overall it was perfectly adequate.

The decor was in good taste and suitable for an older establishment and it provided an excellent selection of reading material and books on London and the U.K.

I would recommend your services for anyone looking for longer stays in London.
