Spacious, artsy four bedrooms / one bathroom to share on 137th Street between Broadway and Riverside Drive in a prewar building with buzzer/intercom system and elevator. It is a second floor walk-up. This apartment has been recently renovated. It is very clean. It has white walls and nice hard wood floors. When you enter the apartment you can see a long corridor passing by each room with art on the walls. The living room is furnished with a futon, a keyboard to practice an armoire for linens and a bookcase. Lightly furnished this room has 2 windows. The white kitchen is equipped with a sink, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, many wood storage cabinets, a dining table with four chairs. The white bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower, tub, sink with vanity, a mirrored medicine cabinet and a WC.
Bedroom #1 Measures approximately about 175 square feet and is furnished with a full size bed, two closets one of them is a walk-in. There is a drawer chest a vanity with a mirror and a desk for a lap-top. There is also a 19' cable TV. There is a large window with a white blind.
Bedroom # 2 Measures approximately 170 square feet. It has 2 small closets. It is furnished with a full size bed, a desk for office work, a drawer chest, and bookcase. There is a 15" TV with a cable and a VCR. There is window with a white blind.
Bedroom #3 Measures approximately 100 square feet. It is furnished with a twin size bed, a drawer chest and a vanity. There is a 19" TV with a cable. It has a closet. There is a window with a white blind.
Wireless internet access is available.
The environment is friendly and comfortable.
Transportation: It is conveniently located half a block from the 1 train on 137th and Broadway City College Station.
The main shopping street is Broadway where you can find a lot of stores like delis, restaurants, Laundromats for everyday needs. The block is lively and the neighborhood is popular with a lot of students and young people moving around.
