This apartment located in Williamsburg is on the seventh floor of a walkup loft building. The building has an elevator that is operated by an elevator operator with limited hours. When there is no operator you must walk-up
The apartment features large windows, which look out to the city. There is also roof access.
The room to rent is furnished with a double bed, a small refrigerator, TV with satellite access and dresser space. There are large windows with a northern view and a/c.
The kitchen includes old fashion appliances. There is a stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. There are basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils as well as a dining table with views of the Williamsburg Bridge.
The kitchen has a bathtub.
The bathroom is shared with another apartment. There is a w/c, sink and tub/shower.
The apartment is on the top floor of an industrial building that looks out over the East River and Manhattan Skyline.
The apartment is located just next to the Williamsburg Bridge. There is access to the L train at Bedford Avenue and the J,M,Z trains at Marcy Avenue.
