Room in Chinatown
Room for rent in a four bedroom apartment in Chinatown in this 5th floor walk-up (no elevator). The owner lives in the apartment and rents bedrooms for roommate shares and bed and breakfast rentals.

The whole apartment is 1500 square feet and faces east and west. The living room is very spacious and bright, with six windows and has a futon-sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker and has a wooden table with stools.

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. Bathroom 1 has a bathtub with shower, WC and sink. Bathroom 2 has only a sink and WC.

Bedroom 3 has a double size futon bed, a window, a desk with chair and a closet.

There is wireless internet access.

The apartment is located in a very central downtown area. The neighborhood is full of markets and many stores and restaurants. It is also near the Civic Center of Manhattan and it is not far from South Street Seaport, City Hall and further south is Ground Zero. It is definitely a good area for walking around and explore Lower Manhattan.
