Two bedroom duplex loft apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

The entrance of the building is secured with an intercom. The loft apartment has one living room area, one open kitchen, one dining area, one bathroom and two duplex bedrooms.
The living room area is elevated with ample storage under. It is furnished with a sofa, mattress and coffee table. It includes a stereo, cable TV with DVD player, A/C and a window facing the street. There is a desk and chair next to the living room area.
The dining room area includes table and chairs. There is a foosball table nearby.
The open kitchen includes a large counter and is equipped with a fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, gas stoves and all necessary items to cook. It has a window facing the terrace. Next to the kitchen is a large walk-in closet.
The bathroom includes a w/c, a shower and a sink. Towels are provided.
Duplex bedroom 1 is furnished with a double sized bed, night tables, and dresser. It includes shelves, cable TV with DVD player, A/C and a window facing the leaving room. It can be accessed from a staircase located near the bathroom. Linen is provided.
Duplex bedroom 2 is furnished with a double sized bed and dresser. It includes shelves, cable TV with DVD player and a window facing the leaving room. It can be accessed from a staircase located near the dining area.
There is a common roof deck area with barbeque.
Wireless Internet access is available.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a three stories walk up building in Williamsburg. Williamsburg is home to a thriving art community, theater and music venues such as the McCarren Pool. Bedford Avenue is closed to traffic during the Summer and hosts organic markets.
Transportation: L train to Bedford Avenue.
