Included in this apartment are a private front porch area and shared terrace, as well as a private washer and dryer. For privacy assurance and convenient guest entry, a buzzer/intercom system is in place.

One ample window with curtains allow for ventilation and natural lighting. Set atop the dresser is a flat-screen television with VCR and DVD player, available for your viewing pleasure.

Next to the bedroom is a full, tiled bathroom. Supplied here are a mirror, tub with shower, and fresh towels. The separate kitchen is nearest the living room and includes most necessary cooking appliances. Here you will find a washer & dryer for clothes, and a dining table for two. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, small fridge, microwave, French press coffeemaker and toaster.

Please note: The owner's apartment is situated below this one bedroom unit, and connect via a stairwell. However there is a locked door blocking the stairs for privacy.
