Nicely furnished cozy apartment in the Theater District.

Two bedroom / one bathroom apartment with terrace is located on 46th Street between 9th and 10th Avenue on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated elevator building with buzzer/intercom system. The apartment is nicely decorated and cozy. The whole apartment is air-conditioned.
You enter the apartment through a corridor passing by the kitchen, the bedroom to rent and the bathroom to share; it leads to the living room.
The bedroom to rent is about 150 square feet has a window, a closet and air-conditioning. It is furnished with a double bed, a bookcase, a table with a chair, a ceiling fan, a modern art painting above the bed, a mirror and a television.
The separate kitchen has a pass-through. It is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and storage cabinets.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, an armchair a tall dining counter with 2 stools right by the kitchen window, and bookcases. A curtained glass sliding door leads to a private terrace, which is very spacious and comfortable, especially in warm weather.
The bathroom to share is standard: sink, shower with bathtub, a toilet, a large mirror and a storage cabinet.
This area is called Clinton or Hell's Kitchen or Midtown West and is a great neighborhood with a mix of older, low-rise buildings and newer high-rise buildings. Along Ninth Avenue are several supermarkets, delis, and other convenience stores. There is a Laundromat only one block from the apartment. The area is also known for the diversity of inexpensive ethnic restaurants. The closest subway is the C and E on 50th Street and Eighth Avenue. It is also near Times Square, where there are more subway lines to connect you to many other areas of Manhattan.
