LOCATION: New York City-West . SOHO, Prince Street and Spring Street
SIZE: This is a studio-mini Loft, 1 bathroom apartment that has an area of approximately 550 square feet.
BUILDING: This prewar building with a security system. The apartment is located on the third floor.
INTERIOR: Bright and cozy apartment. When you enter the apartment, on the right side is the living room with the double size futon. There is a small TV near the decorative fireplace. On the left side, is the open kitchen that is equipped with a stove, a fridge/ freezer. Pots and pans are provided. There is a mezzanine that could be used as a storage room. The bathroom has a shower/tub.
NEIGHBORHOOD: One of the most sought-after areas in Manhattan, SoHo is a neighborhood where lifestyle and location merge into one. The students, artists and performers who inhabit the area thrive on the energy of its trendy bars, boutiques and restaurants. Dozens of galleries line the streets, making SoHo a mecca for art lovers. After dark, SoHo's trendy inhabitants dance and party the night away in the area's many nightclubs.
