Building: This is a full-time doorman building with laundry facilities. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor
Interior: This studio apartment has an area of approximately 350 square feet, it sleeps one person or a couple. Located on the 3rd floor w/ northern exposure facing the street. When you enter there is the living room which is adequately furnished with a dining table, a sofa, a and bed with linens small. There is a TV with VCR and cable. The kitchen is separate and has a microwave, a toaster and a large fridge. The bathroom has a shower / bath. T
