One bedroom in East Village

This 1 bedroom is located in the East Village in a prewar, walk-up building. There are 33 units in the building and there are five stories (no elevator). The closest laundry facility is right across the street. The L train station is a just step away at 14th street. This building has a front door security system with double doors and a locked security gate.
The apartment is located on the second floor. It is approximately 450 sq. ft and has hardwood floors.
When you enter into the apartment, there is the open kitchen and the bathroom on the right side. The open kitchen is equipped with a Fridge/freezer, a microwave and some cupboards. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. After the kitchen is the living room. This room is furnished with a futon (double size) and a TV. The bedroom has a double size bed, a dresser and a bedside table with a lamp. The bathroom has a bathtub protected by a plastic curtain.
Sheets and towels provided upon request.
This apartment is located one block away from the L train on 14th Street. It is also approximately a 10-minute walk away from the union square station where you can catch the N, R, and 4,5,6 trains. Yellow taxis can be hailed at all times of the day or night. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants of every variety, and many wonderful food stores. There are also many terrific bars and clubs in the neighborhood as well as movie theatres.
