Good apartment for one person. The apartment was clean and the janitor and his family were diligent and helpful. The entrance of the apartment is not attractive at all. |

I had no luck with the apartment. The heating stopped working letting lots of extremely hot air out of it. The fridge broke down as well and they had to change it, so the food went bad twice. There were bugs coming out from the kitchen and someone came to fumigate. However, I'd like to emphasize how helpful and attentive Elizabeth and her father were all the time. |

The apartment was really nice experience, including owner, janitors, equipment, furniture etc. It was also clean and there were no insects or other bugs. The location in Chelsey is convenient, neighborhood is lively, restaurants, shops, galleries are near and the most subway and bus services are close. |
