This is a one-bedroom apartment located Midtown, west of Manhattan between 6th avenue and 7th Avenue. This prewar building has a full time doorman, a reception area where all visitors are announced and laundry facilities are on site.
This air-conditioned, fully furnished apartment is approximately 750sq.ft, and is found on the fourteenth floor. In the main room there is a window, a coffee table, a dining table and a sofa. The apartment comes with television, stereo, cable and VCR.
There is a window in the bedroom and the bed is queen sized. The bathroom has a tub for further relaxation; Sheets and towels are provided.
The kitchen is tiny even by New York City standards. The bedroom is a bit cramped but lots of storage and closets. The dining room table is wobbly; cooktop has two completely functional burners. No natural light and apt faces a brick wall . However, the apartment is well located for tourists in a well run building. The apartment is a good size.
This apartment is a very quiet, not so bright, but good sized apartment with small entrance hall way.
There is a smaller exercise room for tenants (weights, tracks, TV).
This area is with in walking distance to the Theater District, Times Square, and a few minutes from Grand Central station. There are many famous restaurants, cinemas, trendy bars, shops and boutiques.
An easy commute is possible with the 1, 9, N, R, E, C trains at 49th-50th street stations.

The main living area is a generous size. The kitchen is tiny even by New York City standards. The bedroom is a bit cramped but lots of storage and closets. The apartment could use a bit of maintenance. A number of fixtures don't work or have been damaged; dining room table is very wobbly; cooktop has only two completely functional burners. |
