Location: Upper West Side, at 75th street and Broadway. Close to the 1, 2, 3 trains at 72nd Street.
Building: Full time doorman prewar building. Laundry facilities on each floor. It is an elevator building.
Interior: Bright studio, about 550 sq. ft.
Sleeps two.
Located on the 4th floor, this fully furnished studio is spacious and very sunny. There is a large living area with a sofa, dining table and grand piano. There is a home entertainment system and a working fireplace. The kitchen is open, all appliances are provided. There are bay windows with southern exposure. There is a loft bed and limited closet space below the bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub. Utilities are included, even high-speed Internet.
Ideal location, next to the famous Fairway supermarket, just
three blocks from 1-2-3 trains at W. 72nd St. In the heart of New York City's lively Upper West Side--one of the most prized residential areas in the city--which boasts a rich variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, internationally famous food emporiums, numerous fine clothing stores and boutiques as well as two multiplex cinemas. In walking distance of many major New York cultural institutions, including, the American Museum of Natural History and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. A few steps away from Central Park which consists of several hundred acres of parklands, lakes, trees, and open meadows for sports.
