Located on West 118th Street & Malcolm X Blvd, this fully furnished apartment can be found on the 3rd & 4th floors (European 2nd & 3rd floors) of a walk-up brownstone with a private terrace. The back of the house faces south and has a great open view of the trees.
The interior of this New York apartment is very spacious and flooded with natural light. It is decorated with a mix of ethnic and modern paintings and photos, which adds unique charm to the space. The dining table, which can be found in the living room, seats eight people comfortably and leads to a door opening on to the terrace. The living room area also has a coffee table and two sofas for maximum comfort. Located next to the living room is the recently renovated open concept kitchen. It features white cabinets and butcher block countertops as well as a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
Each bedroom is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser and a desk as well as plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are equipped with a standard shower and bathtub, WC, and a sink with a vanity. A hair dryer is also available. Please be aware that there is absolutely no smoking in the house. Please also note that during the summer, the door to bedroom 4 is replaced by a curtain to allow the A/C unit to help cool the kitchen and the rest of the apartment.
