One bedroom in Chelsea

This cozy one bedroom apartment is located on West 22nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenue in Chelsea. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a brownstone, a walk up. It measures approximately 500 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to two guests.
When entering the apartment is a large living room area, with high ceilings and two large windows facing the street. There is a queen size futon, a coffee table and side tables. There is a wooden dining table that seats two guests. There is a decorative fire place. There is a small TV with basic cable (about 10 channels). This room is air-conditioned. The kitchenette is small but functional. Equipped with a four burner gas stove, microwave, ˝ size fridge, coffee mker, toaster and cooking utensils.
The bedroom is bright and has a double bed, an armoire and small table with lamp. This room has an in-window air conditioner during the summer.
The bathroom is conventional. It is established with a tub, shower, sink and a WC. Sheets and towels are provided.
Chelsea is New York's new center of the art world, packed with over a hundred art galleries and a contemporary art museum; these are located directly to the west. A block further west is the new Hudson River Park, with a beautiful bike and roller-blading path along the Hudson River and spectacular views of downtown Manhattan.
A few blocks to the south is the Chelsea Market; occupying an entire city block, it is an amazing indoor market housing over a dozen different gourmet food and wine purveyors, including freshly baked breads, pastries, seafood and fresh produce. There are also numerous boutiques and specialty stores. Just further south is the newly invigorated Meatpacking District; this area is a hub of nightlife, with hip clubs and fashionable restaurants.
Finding public transportation in New York is never a problem. There are several subway stations within walking distance of the apartment. New York's famous yellow taxis can be hailed anywhere at any time.
