This is a spacious Studio apartment is located midtown, west of Manhattan between eight and Ninth Avenue, and has an area spacing of approximately 500 sq. ft. It is on the 2bth floor.
This gorgeous high-rise building is a new highrise with views. It has a 24hr doorman and reception area where all visitors are announced. There are laundry facilities in the basement, and there is a courtyard on the second floor. There is also a gym, swimming pool and a parking garage. Extra for these fascilities.
The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with the usual amenities. The Kitchen contains a Dishwasher and Coffee Maker, just to mention a few.
This apartment is a short walk to Lincoln Center, Central Park, Times Square and the Theatre District. There are banks, groceries and some of New York's finest restaurants close by, a short walk also to the Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue shopping areas. Jazz clubs, live music and entertainment is also within a 10-minute walk.
The neighborhood provides an easy commute to any part of New York. It is an active area and there is always plenty to do. Right in the midst of it all, this apartment is a great place to come home to.
