Location: Midtown West
Size: This is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with an area of about 650 square feet.
Building: This a modern residential building with a 24-hour doorman and a reception area where all visitors are announced. There are also laundry facilities on the floor, a court yard on the second floor, a gym (for a fee), swimming pool and a garage. The building is full of professionals from all over the US as well as overseas.
Interior: Adequately furnished with couches, dining table and chairs. The windows in the living room and bedroom looks out to 50th street. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. Full cooking supplies (pots, utensils, etc) are available along with lots of spices. The marble bathroom has a nice vanity tub and shower. Ample bed linens, towels are available for guests.
Neighborhood: The apartment is a short walk to Lincoln Center and Central Park Time Square and the Theatre district. Pre-theater dining available at restaurant row and wine shops, groceries, banks, restaurants, and other necessary places are on the same block. The apartment is also walking distance from Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue shopping and browsing areas. Jazz clubs, live music and entertainment is also within a 10-minute walk as is health clubs. New York's finest restaurants are all a walk away.
Others: Public transportation to every part of Manhattan is accessible within a three block radius whether you are going down to Wall Street, up to hear a Sunday Harlem Gospel Choir, or to Soho. Taxis are right outside the door just ask the doorman to hail one for you.
