My stay in this apartment was very disappointing. The water pressure was so poor that it would completely shut off at least once while showering. Air conditioner was weak, loud, and periodically shot shards of ice. I had various bugs including cockroaches. Worst of all, there were a horrifying number mice. I could not catch them fast enough. The owner was almost impossible to get ahold of. |

Thank you Don for your review. The owner of the apartment would have liked to be warned of any points immediately in order to take care of them. He added that an exterminator can be sent to the building as soon as a guest notifies him of any mice or bugs issue. |

My feedback about the [New York furnished] apartment I rented was very positive, the owner was a nice person and the apartment was clean and functional. I am glad to have used NEW YORK HABITAT so much that this year I have served more of its services. |

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was very clean when we moved in. It was equipped with everything we needed. And everything was in working condition. There was absolutely no disturbance from the neighbours. It was overall a very quiet and nice apartment. And the heating was at a comfortable level as it got cold outside in november although the heating system was a little bit noisy. Overall it was above the standard we had expected. |
