This is a one-bedroom apartment located Midtown, west of Manhattan between 6th avenue and 7th Avenue at West 51st street. This prewar building has a full time doorman, a reception area where all visitors are announced and laundry facilities are on site.The building also has a free gym.
This air-conditioned, fully furnished apartment is approximately 650sq.ft, and is found on the tenth
floor. Exposure to the West to 7th Avenue.
The living room comes with TV-entertainment w/ cable
The kitchen is open and includes dishwasher, microwave, freezer and refrigirator.
The bathroom is full (w/ tub), the bedroom comes with Queen sized bed and TV as well as closet space.
This area is with in walking distance to the Theater District, Times Square, and a few minutes from Grand Central station. There are many famous restaurants, cinemas, trendy bars, shops and boutiques.
An easy commute is possible with the 1, E, C at west 50th station and N, R at W49th street.
