This is a one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Battery Park. The location is a five-minute walk to the 1 train on Rector Street just on the other side of West Street. The building is a luxury doorman type building with a gym and a pool. The living room is spacious and has a dining area and sitting area. The sitting area has full sized futon and two comfortable chairs facing the new plasma screen 42-inch television. The windows face to the south and east. There are views of New York Harbor and to the east the financial district. The dining section is just off of the pass through from the kitchen and has a dining table that can seat 6 people. There is also a desk in the room, which is a good place for positioning the computer. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, a stove, and refrigerator. There is also a microwave, toaster, blender and juicer in the kitchen. It includes a full set of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The bedroom is a nice size and painted a nice blue color. There is a queen bed. There is a large closet in the bedroom, which will be available to the guest. The views out of the window in the bedroom are of the Hudson River and to the East. The bathroom has a nice tub and shower, a W/C and a well light vanity. There is a window, which lets in plenty of light. The neighborhood is perfect for someone working on the Financial Distract. It is close to Greenwich and the West Village for restaurants and shopping
