Studio located in Chelsea
|
This studio is located on 23rd street near the corner of 8th avenue. The prewar apartment has been recently reconstructed and includes a new kitchen and bathroom.
The living area is about 300 square feet and contains a full sized bed next to the two large windows, which face the open area behind the building. There is an air conditioner in one of the windows, which cools the whole apartment. There is also a dining table, which could seat two. There are two short stools with no back as chairs. There is also a large mirror, a dresser, and a large closet in the living room. The room is prewired for cable and telephone.
The kitchen is an efficiency. There is a stove, a small refrigerator and a microwave built in. The cabinets have the necessary dishes, utensils pots and pans. All of the appliances are new.
The bathroom has new fixtures. There is a full tub/shower, a W/C and a brightly lit vanity and medicine cabinet.
The building is a prewar, which has been modernized. The halls have been freshly retiled and are quite clean; the elevator has also been redone. There are laundry facilities in the basement.
The apartment is located in one of Manhattan's trendiest neighborhood. Art galleries and restaurants are located on many of the streets in the neighborhood. Some of the popular restaurants include the new BBQ joint call RUB (Righteous Urban Barbeque) and Patsy's know for its family style Italian. There is a Whole Foods located just three blocks away on 7th Avenue at 25th Street and the subway is just steps from the front door of the building at the corner of 23rd Street and 8th Avenue.
