great apartment and space. perfect for one person. a couple of downsides - the walls are thin, can hear the neighbors fighting often + no natural light because it faces just the other side of the building. Good amenities, kind landlord and super. came with updated furniture than in the picture. very accommodating. came with cookware which was amazing so I didn't have to buy that. its basically an airbnb. |

I spent in New York one month having been very comfortable. Marijn was very kind, patient with my questions (and English) and efficient as well as the person who is in charge of the maintenance of the apartment and who inter-mediated between the owner and I.
