This two-bedroom apartment is located in the East Village in a prewar, walk-up building. There are 33 units in the building and there are five stories. This building has a front door security system with double doors and a locked security gate. The apartment is located on the third floor, is approximately 450 sq. ft and has hardwood floors. The entrance leads to the to the open kitchen area. It has a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and a gas stove. There are cabinets filled with pots and pans and cooking utensils. Both bedrooms have double-size beds, and a TV with cable. The master bedroom also has a A/C unit. The well-lighted bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination, a WC and a sink. Sheets and towels provided upon request. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants of every variety and many wonderful food stores in the area. There are also many terrific bars, clubs and movie theatres in the neighborhood. The closest laundry facility is right across the street. This apartment is located one block away from the L train on 14th Street. It is also approximately a 10-minute walk from the Union Square Station (the N, R, 4, 5 and 6 trains).
