This approximately 600 square feet one bedroom is located on 51st Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue on the 4th floor of a walk up brownstone.
The apartment has two sky lights as well as three large windows overlooking the tree lined 51st Street.
The living room is furnished with a queen sized sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs and a digital cable TV, a telephone as well as a "split unit" air conditioning.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with a Sealy box spring and mattress as well as a well lit computer desk, a telephone, a chair and shelves. WIFI high speed internet connection is provided. It has two closets, one with shelves and one long hang in addition to the large walk-in closet by the entry door. The bedroom is air conditioned.
The kitchen's breakfast bar over looks the dining area. It is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, and a "Euro Style" vanity.
Sheets and towels are provided.
The closest subway station is at 53rd Street and Lexington where you can access the E or V lines.
