One bedroom in a full service midtown building
|
This is a one-bedroom apartment located in Midtown, on the west side of Manhattan between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue.
This prewar building has a full time doorman, a reception area where all visitors are announced, and laundry facilities are on site.
This air-conditioned, fully furnished apartment is approximately 750sq.ft, and is found on the tenth floor. There two windows in the living room. The apartment comes with TV and VCR. The bedroom has windows and the bed is queen sized. The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. Sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen comes equipped with the usual amenities, dishwasher included.
This area is within walking distance to the Theater District, Times Square, and a few minutes from Grand Central station. There are many famous restaurants, cinemas, trendy bars, shops and boutiques.
An easy commute is possible with the 1 train at 50th street station or the N,R,W trains at 49th Street.
