This two bedroom is ideally located just blocks from Times Square in a recently constructed high-rise building. The apartment is fully furnished and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room is open to the kitchen. The living room includes leather sofas and chairs. There is a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and a pullout sofa. The large windows offer a view of Times Square. There is a dining alcove next to the kitchen that has a table seating four people. The kitchen includes high-end appliance including a built-in subzero fridge and a built-in dishwasher. You cannot tell the difference between these and the cabinets. There is also a stove and microwave. All of the necessary pots, pans, dishes and utensils have been supplied. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, a queen sized bed and a TV with cable. There is also a small seating area with table and two chairs. The master bathroom features stone floors, a deep soaking tub, a large stainless steel sink and w/c. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a large closet, a TV and a nice view of Broadway. The second bedroom has a large shower with glass enclosure, sink and w/c. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. This is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is conveniently located in Times Square area and includes easy access to the Broadway, 6th, 7th and 8th Avenue subways as well as the cross-town trains on 42nd and 53rd Streets.
