This studio is located in the Upper West Side along the Hudson River and offers a view of the George Washington Bridge.
The apartment is a small but well-appointed studio.
The living room includes a queen sized bed dresser and closet in terms of bedroom furnishing and a TV with cable and a DVD, a sofa and small dining table in terms of living room furnishings.
The kitchen is small but packed with amenities. There is a small dishwasher (Fisher and Paykel), sub-zero refrigerator and a Miele cook top and oven/microwave. There is also a coffee maker and toaster.
The bathroom includes a nicely tiled floor, w/c, sink with mirrored medicine cabinet and tub/shower with a large showerhead.
The apartment is located on the 8th floor and faces northwest. The 1,2,3 trains are less then 5 minutes away at 96th Street and Broadway.
The building includes a garden area and has a recently renovated lobby and 24 hour doorman.
