Two bedroom Two bathroom apartment with a terrace

This two bedroom / two bathroom apartment with terrace is located on the 14th floor of a postwar building on 100th Street between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West. The building has full time doorman and laundry facilities. The whole apartment has wood floors and white walls. It is air-conditioned. It is a corner apartment with a lot of windows providing a lot of light.

You enter the apartment through a long hallway leading to the living room. This hallway is furnished with an sofa, an antique chair, a piano and many nice framed pictures. There is a TV with VCR.

There is also a coffee table, two low small tables and a couple of paintings. It has a glass sliding door leading to a private terrace facing West. The dining area has a large rectangular table with 4 chairs, a large china storage cabinet and a dresser. From the dining area an archway leads to the open kitchen.

The kitchen includes stianless steel appiances and all of the necessary dishes, pots, pans and utencils.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The room has a double bed and large closet. The bathroom has a shower, w/c and sink with vanity.

The second bedroom has a large closet, a desk, dresser and double sized bed.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.

The apartment is well locatedon the Upper West Side, one block fromthe B,C trains at 96th Street and also 1 block from Central Park.
