Two bedroom with no living room in East Village

This two bedroom is located in the East Village in a prewar, walk-up building. There are 33 units in the building and there are five stories (no elevator). The closest laundry facility is right across the street The L train station is a just step away at 14th street. This building has a front door security system with double doors and a locked security gate. The apartment is located on the second floor, is approximately 450 sq ft and has hardwood floors. A corridor leads to the open kitchen/ living room area. The kitchen is open and has a microwave, full sized refrigerator, and gas stove. There are new cabinets that hold the pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a folding table with 2 chairs. The first bedroom has a double size bed and there is as well a closet space. The second bedroom has a futon ( double size) and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combination, and a sink. It is very clean and bright. Sheets and towels provided upon request. This apartment is located one block away from the L train on 14th Street. It is also approximately a 10 minute walk away from the union square station where you can catch the N, R, 4,5,6 trains. Yellow taxis can be hailed at all times of the day or night. There are numerous inexpensive restaurants of every variety, and many wonderful food stores. There are also many terrific bars and clubs in the neighborhood as well as movie theatres.
