This one bedroom apartment is located in the Grammercy area along Park Avenue. The building features a gym, pool, 24-hour doorman and elevator access.
The apartment is located on the 22nd floor and offers views of downtown.
The large living room area is equipped with a dining table, a queen sized pull out sofa and an entertainment center with TV with cable, DVD player and stereo.
The kitchen is just off the living room and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
There is a half bathroom just off of the living room area with a w/c and sink.
The bedroom has a queen bed, large closets and desk area. The master bathroom is connected to the bedroom and includes a tub/shower, a w/c and a sink with vanity.
The apartment is well located in midtown with easy access to offices as well as the Madison Square Park area. The closest subways are the 6 train at 23rd and Park Avenue and the R,W trains at 23rd Street and Broadway.
