This is a two-bedroom apartment located in South Park Slope on 21st Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenue. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the walk-up building, which has renovated stairwells and façade.
The apartment can be furnished upon request.
The living room and kitchen are open and wired for cable and telephone. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and glass cabinets at the top. There is also a space that a washer and dryer could be installed.
The two bedrooms are small but functional. One bedroom has a closet and the does not. The rooms both have two windows and wood floors.
There is a large a/c in the living room, which can cool the entire apartment.
The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with large mirror. There is a Jacuzzi.
The apartment is located just to the South of Park Slope. About 10 blocks up Seventh Avenue are many shops, restaurants and boutiques to meet anyone's need.
The closest train is the R at 25th Street and 4th Avenue.
