Overall I was pleased with my experience in the apartment. The location, though in a very busy area, was very convenient along the subway lines and close to Penn Station. The apartment had everything that I needed as far as furnishing and appliances. Wilson, the manager was also very responsive when I needed something.

For the most part I did not have a big problem with insects. I understand that they have an exterminator come for maintenance purposes about once a month. The one time the exterminator did come, I had no notice and was therefore present in the apartment. I asked him to come back and I do not believe that he ever did come back. My feedback there would be to give proper notice to the tenants and to make sure that the exterminator actually does come in once a month.

Finally, my move-out experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. I understand that in the rental agreement there is a checkout date and time noted of 11am (noted at the bottom of the page). However, other than the rental agreement, if you are going to enforce a strict 11am move-out, it's a good idea to notify the tenant by phone or email beforehand as a reminder. When I looked at the rental agreement a day before moving out, all I saw was the move-out date written on top of the agreement. However the move-out time was not in bold or even placed in a prominent position that would give the tenant proper notice of the deadline.

Stayed in this apartment for one month. Apartment was very clean on arrival, and features all of the basic necessities as well as some extra niceties (Internet, TV). The apartment was surprisingly quite given its location so close to Port Authority and Times Square.

Dealing with the owner for rent payment, arrival and key collection as well as any other enquiries was quick and extremely trouble free.

It would be nice if the were laundry facilities in the building, however it's not a big issue as there's a number of laundries on 9th Ave (about 2 mins walk away).

Overall, a very positive experience and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

My stay of 5 months was amazing. The apartment is very well located in the center and however, really quiet. I have only one complaint, the heater was knocking every day during 2 months. This fact was annoying.

We had a problem with the steam banging in the pipes, it took us several weeks using different plumbers to finally track down the problem. It was finally repaired and all is well for next winter.

In regards to my recent stay, I would like to say it was a very positive experience.

The property owner replied all of my questions in a very efficient manner. Also, the superintendents were also very helpful and friendly.

Location-wise it was very nice to be in Time Square and near the Port Authority as well. Being near Duane-Reade was another good thing to have when you need to buy things and not have to drag it all the way back to your place. Being near Time Square station, it was easy to jump on most of the subway lines.

I like the apartment due to the fact that it was furnished very well and clean. There were utensils, cookware, plates and bowls which made it easy to settle right in. Also another plus was that there was cable television and high speed Internet.

I would recommend renting this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan. I would also re-rent this place if I would need a short term stay in NY.

The only negative I can think of is that the building didn't have a on-site laundry facility which would have been convenient.

I have no complaints about the apartment where I am staying. Everything that I was told about the apartment I can firmly say was true. The furnished apartment was clean and well organized when I arrived and the staff have been really helpful whenever i have needed them.

My apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well equipped. Otherwise, the superintendent's attention during my [stay in New York] was exemplary. Thanks for all.
