This studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor walk-up of a brownstone in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The apartment is furnished with a double size futon sofa bed, a flat screen television with cable channels and a dining table with chairs. Linens are provided.
The kitchen is open and it is equipped with a stove top, but no oven.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, w/c and a sink. Towels are provided.
Williamsburg used to be an industrial area of Brooklyn and it is now being converted into a residential area with many artists' lofts and brownstones. This neighborhood is very trendy and filled with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets.
